“In the country, where there is no justice, where there is systemic corruption, where the citizens aren’t protected from injustice, impingement of the authorities, the human rights defender also cannot be protected,” “Heritage” party Vice President Armen Martirosyan explains Ombudsman Karen Andreasyan’s desire to hand in resignation in this way.
