Detention chosen as a precautionary measure against V. Arakelyan
Short time ago the Court of General Jurisdiction of Yerevan Kentron and Nork Marash Administrative Districts has chosen detention as a precautionary measure against freedom fighter, major shareholder of “Sport Shoes Factory of Yeghvard” OJSC Vladimir Arakelyan. The Court didn’t release him even on bail. At the moment the process of choosing a precautionary measure against President of “Homeland and Honor” party Garnik Margaryan is underway in the court. To remind, they are accused of membership to the criminal gang created by Arthur Vardanyan, carrying out weapons and ammunition in the frames of the gang according to the 2nd part of Article 223 and 3rd part of Article 235 of the RA Criminal Code.
