Atsakh Prez congratulates a 100-year-old resident of Askeran town
On January 8, President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan participated in a solemn event celebrating 100th birthday of the town's resident Zmroukht Gevorgyan. The event was held at the Holy Mother of God Church in Askeran town. Bako Sahakyan stressed the importance of similar events, adding that comprehensive healthcare, social and economic projects targeted at raising people's living standards and life span indicators would be of a continuous nature. Primate of the Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church, Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan, some high-ranking officials also attended the event.
