NA lawmaker to visit lifers
Hovhannes Sahakyan, Chairman of the NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs, tomorrow will visit 32 lifers, who are holding hunger strike. The agreement has been reached today. The relatives of the lifers today have met with him, asked him to go to Nubarashen prison and urge to stop the hunger strike, which started 9 days ago. Marine Badalyan, mother of lifer Vagharshak Avetisyan, informed that Hovhannes Sahakyan and Arthur Osikyan, Head of the Criminal Executive Department of Justice Ministry, will visit the hunger strikers and will urge them to stop the hunger strike. Lifers are holding hunger strike with the demand to review their criminal cases.
