“People have lost all patience,” Hovhannes Margaryan, a lawmaker of the Country of Law Party (OEK), said in parliament on Monday speaking about traffic rules. “Speedometers and surveillance cameras are growing like mushrooms,” he stressed. Hovhannes Margaryan welcomes the provision envisaging criminal liability for drunk driving cases. “Everything is good but we do not have a handy device to directly measure the content of alcohol in the driver’s blood,” he added. Then Mr Margaryan recalled the words of one of his colleagues. “He said in our region a person needs to drink a little to sober up. What will my colleague do now?”
