Eduard Sharmazanov to Zaruhi Postanjyan: More people hear your speech in the National Assembly than during your rallies (video)
Everybody wants the day to finish to be able to return to their homes, Armenian lawmaker Zaruhi Postanjyan said in parliament adding that she felt it during the discussion of bills; lawmakers were reluctant to ask any questions. Then, Mrs Postanjyan summarized the year. “The year was eventful for us. We began it with shocks and are ending it with new shocks. First we heard about the slaughter of the Avetisyan family in Gyumri, then, in February, the Republicans openly announced that they are to determine who will stay in politics. The year is ending with the December 6 sabotage attempt by Azerbaijan,” she said adding that the New Armenia Public Salvation Front is holding a final meeting on Tuesday, December 22. “While our colleague [Zaruhi Postanjyan] was traveling in regions with the New Armenia, we were working hard here. You cannot blame us for our work; you had better stay and participate in the discussions. One more request: please do not campaign here, because more people hear your speech in the National Assembly than during your rallies,” Vice-Speaker of the National Assembly, Eduard Sharmazanov said.
