Even on holidays they won’t leave Liberty Square
The authorized representative of Yerevan Municipality accepted the notification of Varuzhan Avetisyan on holding rally at Liberty Square from December 18 to January 8 at 00:00-24:00 and a march (Liberty Square-North Avenue- Abovyan Street-Republic Square-Amiryan Street-Mashtots Avenue-Liberty Square) at 19:30-21:30. The authorized representative of the Municipality, however, rejected installation of tents at Liberty Square during those days. “We expected such an answer. We are ready for any scenario beforehand. In general, we have no intention to leave the square,” Varuzhan Avetisyan, spokesperson of Joint Opposition Headquarters told “A1+”.
