15:13 The march of HAK to the CEC building ended. The police officers didn’t let the marchers approach the CEC building and present their demand. Levon Zurabyan announced that the march was held. At the moment the marchers are leaving the territory of the CEC building. 14:40 The march of the Armenian National Congress (HAK) reached the building of the Central Electoral Commission (CEC). The police officers closed the way to the CEC building. It is expected that after the negotiations of Levon Zurabyan the road will be opened. 14:01 The Armenian National Congress (HAK) starts its march from Liberty Square. New Armenia has joined them. 13:45 “The day of referendum became a day of violence against journalists: all the previous violations have been shadowed,” said Levon Zurabyan during his speech. 13:40 Police officers have detained two young people. During his speech at Liberty Square Aram Manukyan said that the only way is struggle, “The authorities do everything to pull the spring, but it will have an opposite result.” He also noted that currently the authorities are trying to clean the electoral fraud. He thinks that there are two means- time and justice, which will punish the authorities. They are not a human species and they are out of logic.
