No wins at 10/31 polling station
Exactly at 20:00 10/31 polling station of Yerevan closed and the process of counting the votes started. 446 out of 630 electors voted ‘no’ to the constitutional amendments, only 154 electors voted ‘yes’. 29 ballots were considered invalid. To note, a light poll was registered at this polling station. The number of eligible voters was 1891, but more than half of the electors didn’t participate in the referendum. Two citizens voted by additional list and 106 citizens voted by ID cards. One of the citizens crossed out both Yes and No and wrote at the bottom, “Serzh, go away with your team, shameless!”
