Person, who has been abroad for a year, “participated in” referendum
Davit Mesropyan, elector at 5/4 polling station of Davtashen administrative district, has been abroad for already a year, but his friends found out that today he participated in the referendum. “We found out that he had signed in the register. But we didn’t turn to the president of the commission. He is from the Republican Party and it is meaningless to turn to him,” said one of his friends, who called “A1+” and didn’t want to mention his name.
