Police and marchers clash in Yerevan (video)
A scuffle took place between members of the “Red Card” civil movement and police officers. The groups clashed after the police did not allow the participants of the march to cross the avenue in a non designated area. “Police officers! You are violating our rights enshrined in the Constitution and impeding our free movement,” said Paylak Tevanyan, a member of the initiative. Eventually, the group was able to cross the street and is now heading for the National Assembly with vociferations “Let’s stop looting together.”
