Aghvan Vardanyan: I cannot force people to say "Yes" or "No"
During today’s parliamentary briefings, Secretary of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation – Dashnaktsutyun said his aim is not to force people to say “Yes” or “No” to the constitutional changes. Aghvan Vardanyan says he has held eleven meetings in Armenian marzes. The party will start its meetings with Yerevan citizens from next week. Asked whether Dashnaktsutyun presents the position of the ruling Republican Party (HHK) on the constitutional amendments, Mr Vardanyan said, “We have adhered to the principle for 20-22 years. We significantly differ from other political parties that say different things at different times. Just bear in your mind that the new Constitution is initiated by the country’s president and the parliamentary majority, who, in our case, are the same people. Aghvan Vardanyan does not think that his party’s campaign will be a failure. “Citizens can see the differences between dry and wet.
