Head of HHK faction got good impression of the budget (video)
The NA terminated the discussions over draft of 2016 state budget. The Government called the budget of next year social-conservative without increase of salaries and pensions. Head of the Republican Party (the HHK) faction Vahram Baghdasaryan calls 2016 budget realistic, “I got a good impression, when the Government presented the budget, and I understood, that they are not solving a temporary issue, but they were solving an issue of future.” Another concerning fact of 2016 is that the state debt may reach 50% risky border compared with the GDP. “Developed countries like America, Japan, you are aware of their debts. Without external debt the country cannot bring forward an issue of development. We do not dictate, we are dictated, with our geographical position, being small, we are not a dictating country. And the dictating countries are in the same situation. You can examine the RF budget,” says Vahram Baghdasaryan. The Dashnaktsutyun, the Armenian National Congress (the HAK), the Rule of Law (the OEK) are against the draft budget. The OEK is mainly concerned about the budget deficit: “It is obvious that it will be done at the expense of increasing the RA external debt, which is concerning. We got an impression that this budget has been presented just for being presented, in order to say that we also have a budget,” says Head of the OEK faction Heghine Bisharyan.
