Red Cross representatives visit Armenian citizen detained by Azerbaijan
Representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) Baku Office have paid a visit to the Armenian citizen, who was detained by Azerbaijan on November 8. The communications officer of the ICRC Yerevan Office, Zara Amatuni said the visit took place on Wednesday. The said Armenian citizen is Lusik Abovyan (born in 1939), a resident of Koti village in the Tavush Province of Armenia. On Monday, both sides had officially notified the ICRC about this elderly woman crossing the Armenia-Azerbaijan border, Artsakhpress.am reports.
