Gagik Melikyan doesn’t care that the opposition is not even going to get acquainted with new Constitution, as the problem is political and isn’t connected with the contents, “Their problem is not with the Constitution, they want to become a president.” The Republican admits that the people are not eager to get acquainted with the new Constitution, but they are not going to falsify, to say nothing of bear's service. And in general, Mr. Melikyan has heard about 5000 AMD bribe for the first time. What’s more it isn’t election fraud, for example, the instructions of directors to teachers at schools to enroll the parents and force them to say ‘yes’, “If the people get together, hold discussions and want to say ‘yes”.
