Ministry of Transport and Communication did not carry out control (video)
The bus, which crashed in Tula Oblast (province), had been carrying out non-regular passenger transportation, consequently in this case Ministry of Transport and Communication had not carried out control. Artur Arakelyan, the First Deputy Minister of the RA Ministry of Transport and Communication, noted that investigation is underway in connection with the case and the case will be analyzed based on the results of the investigation. Twelve injured citizens are still in the medical centers. If need arises, they will be transferred to other medical centers, but at the moment there is no need for it.
