Edward Nalbandian to make a speech in Paris
The Department of Press, Information and Public Relations of the RA Ministry of Foreign Affairs informs that Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian will travel to Paris on a working visit on November 5-6 to attend the 38th session of UNESCO General Conference. Edward Nalbandian will make a speech during the Conference.
