Governor of Lori marz isn’t sure that “Yes” will win in his marz (video)
“December 7 will show everything,” says Governor of Lori marz Arthur Nalbandyan. He assures that the people are interested in the new Constitution and expects activeness during the voting. “We won’t use any lever.” The Governors of Shirak and Armavir marzes haven’t been instructed to ensure the victory of “Yes” in the referendum. “Our task is to inform the people and explain,” says Governor of Armavir marz Ashot Ghahramanyan. The Governor of Armavir marz cannot say whether he will resign in case of defeat of “Yes”. “If it doesn’t pass? Are you sure that it won’t pass?” This person is surprised why a villager of Armavir marz must say “no” to the new Constitution.
