Tula Prosecutor’s Office:” Criminal case instituted into bus crash
Tula Prosecutor’s Office released a message in connection with the bus crash, which occurred on Tula highway this night. The message mainly reads that on November 3, at 03:10 by local time, the bus, which crashed near Uzlovaya in Tula Oblast (province) and had been carrying out not regular passenger transportation in Moscow-Yerevan direction, had been driven by 44-year-old RA citizen Garnik Harutyunyan. According to the preliminary information there were 59 people on the bus. The driver couldn’t control the car, veered off the road and turned over. Criminal case has been instituted into the case on charges of “Recklessly causing the death of two or more persons as a result of breaking the road traffic and vehicle operation rules.” Prosecutor of Tula Oblast, Alexander Kozlov, has taken the investigation of the case under his control.
