HAK representative was displeased with provided airtime (video)
From November 6 to December 4 the factions of the National Assembly starting from 18:00 will hold the campaign of the referendum on television and radio. According to the decision of the Central Electoral Committee each political force will be provided 60 minutes free and 120 minutes paid airtime on Public TV company and 120 minutes free and 180 minutes paid airtime on the Public Radio. The HAK representative Samvel Abrahamyan has a reservation on the decision of the CEC connected with the hour of starting the broadcasting, “18:00 is the most inconvenient time for the campaign. It is the end of a working day and before the people reach home, it becomes at least 19:00.” He suggested starting the airtime at 19:00. Tigran Mukuchyan answered that the starting hour had been set after the agreement with the Public TV company and it would remain the same.
