Opinion: “We are given 50000 drams pension, if you keep two cats, one will die” (video)
The preliminary lists of voters eligible to participate in Constitutional amendments referendum have already been published according to districts and polling stations. Yet the citizens of Armenia are still discussing whether it is necessary to amend the Constitution. “No, not at all. We have Constitution and are guided by it. Though it doesn’t operate,” said one of the citizens. “If the amendments are carried out for the sake of the people, I think it is necessary,” noted another citizen. Armenia is going to change the Constitution for the third time in 20 years. The citizens have their own opinion why the authorities have initiated the constitutional amendments. “They have exhausted themselves, our Government is out of date,” said one of the citizens. “So far, he has been elected twice, what has he done?
