Vazgen Sargsyan’s brother Armen Sargsyan doesn’t see the guilt of Serzh Sargsyan in October 27. He says if Serzh Sargsyan has a chance, he will disclose the case, though he has heard rumors that Serzh Sargsyan is guilty. He thinks that his brother is also guilty, as he didn’t take seriously the rumors that his life was endangered. Asked by “A1+” whether it won’t be right if Nairi Hunanyan speaks personally, Armen Sargsyan said that it would be right. He also informed that when he was arrested in the NSS in the case of Tigran Naghdalyan, he and Nairi Hunanyan were neighbors. “I felt his breath,-says Armen Sargsyan,-then, in any case, Hunanyan was adequate,” said Armen Sargsyan answering the question whether Nairi Hunanyan is now adequate.
