Artsakh President receives ICRC officials
On October 19, President of the Artsakh (Nagorno Karabakh) Republic Bako Sahakyan received Patrick Vial, newly appointed Regional Director of the International Committee of the Red Cross for Europe and Central Asia, and Dragoslav Blazevic Ciro, the new head of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) Mission in Nagorno Karabakh. The activity of the ICRC in Artsakh and the implementation of a number of humanitarian projects were touched upon during the meeting. The sides underlined high level of cooperation between the ICRC and corresponding structures of the Artsakh Republic as well as the importance of maintaining the recorded positive dynamics.
