Russia and the USA discuss Putin’s steps
The course of the RF actions connected with the air forces use in Syria in order to refrain from unplanned incidents was discussed during the press conference of the RF Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and United States Secretary of State John Kerry. To remind, earlier Wednesday, the upper house of the Russian parliament gave President Vladimir Putin approval to use the air force in Syria. Russia conducted its first airstrike against ISIS in Syria by carrying out about 20 missions. According to CNN there are numerous deaths including children.
