Yesterday at 23:30 a murder occurred in Movses village of Tavush region. The RA DM Tavush region’s Shamshadin military commissar, 49-year-old Derenik A. Papyan was killed. According to the preliminary information, Derenik Papyan and villager Arthur Mkrtchyan had a quarrel, during which Mkrtchyan opened fire with a shotgun at the military commissar and ran away.
