“Conspiracy organized” at the NA
At the NA, when Serzh Sargsyan’s plenipotentiary Vardan Poghosyan ended his speech, it turned out that the microphones of the NA chairmanship wouldn’t work. For a long time the NA president Galust Sahakyan wasn’t able to conduct the session. Former Minister of Justice Hrayr Tovmasyan came for help. “It is conspiracy,” said the NA Vice President Eduard Sharmazanov addressing the HAK faction head Levon Zurabyan. Finally, the technical problem was solved and Galust Sahakyan announced that Levon Zurabyan’s offer to broadcast the NA discussions on new draft Constitution live on 1TV was accepted. Then the second technical problem followed- the NA wasn’t able to register the deputies, who wanted to address questions to Vardan Poghosyan. The registration was held for the second time. 26 deputies were registered.
