Galust Sahakyan also left the hall
Today at the NA plenary session Serzh Sargsyan’s plenipotentiary Vardan Poghosyan presented new draft Constitution. He must present the new draft Constitution for about two hours.
After the break the session hall was half-empty. The NA president Galust Sahakyan by addressing the HAK faction, which deputies hadn’t entered the hall yet, said, “It seems that our colleagues have been offended and haven’t come as we haven’t provided live streaming on 1TV. But I want to say that even without 1TV they can present suggestions at the NA and discuss.”
At that moment the HAK deputy Nikol Pashinyan was also in the hall and he pointed out the seats of the HHK deputies, which were almost empty. “Your faction has taken part in the discussions so much that our faction can miss them,” responded Galust Sahakyan.
Later Galust Sahakyan also left the hall.
