Lifers not to start hunger strike?
The news spread in the media, that the lifers in “Nubarashen” prison have decided to start a joint hunger strike on September 15, doesn’t correspond to the reality. For now several amendments have been made for easing their punishment.” Mr. Ghlechyan reminded that this year the regime of 8 lifers has been turned from closed to semi-closed, and 4 more- last year.
