The Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK) is not going to join the “NO” movement, BHK lawmaker Mikael Melkumyan today reiterated the party’s position. But it does not mean that the party is not concerned about the constitutional amendments. “The mechanism of forming the government remains the most troubling issue because the power will be formed in the way it used to be formed,” the lawmaker said. Mr Melkumyan says in the result of the constitutional amendments the struggle will shift from persons to political forces. “No one says that the political struggle between the parties will be flawless but we should be ready to switch to it.” The lawmaker reminded that his party has made numerous proposals and will present its final decision on October 5.
