Bako Sahakyan visits library in Stepanakert
On 10 September Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan visited the Stepanakert Republican Library after Mesrop Mashtots and met with its staff. The President signified the role of this institution in the development of culture and upbringing of the younger generation in the republic noting that a number of programs were to be implemented to improve working and social conditions of the library's staff.
