Examination of the claim connected with bankruptcy of “Nairit” postponed for a long time (video)
Examination of the ENA claim connected with bankruptcy of “Nairit” plant has been postponed until November 18 at 14:15. The mediation for postponing the examination of the claim has been presented by Armen Abovyan, the representative of interests of “Nairit”. Today the second court hearing of the claim presented by the ENA has been held at the Court of General Jurisdiction of Shengavit administrative district, which hasn’t been attended by the company’s representative. At the beginning of the sitting the representative of interests of “Nairit” plant asked Judge Armen Chichoyan to disallow the media to shoot the process. Asked by the Judge, whether the representative of “Nairit” wants to continue the lawsuit without the ENA representative, Armen Abovyan announced that he didn’t consider it appropriate, “It is impossible as there is a number of issues connected with mutual commitments. I cannot say in detail, but we can come to an agreement with the sides: negotiations are underway, many suggestions have been presented.” Judge Chichoyan asked whether it means that the reconciliation of the sides suggested during the previous sitting becomes possible and whether we can conclude from the words of representative of interests of “Nairit” that other chances come forward, due to which it will be possible to pay the debts of “Nairit” and end the process of bankruptcy. Armen Abovyan’s answer was positive and that’s why he asked the Court to prolong the examination of the claim as long as possible.
