Expert: “Crisis is possible between the NA and the Government”
In terms of democracy the parliamentary system is better, as important issues for the nation are resolved collectively, said expert on international law Ara Ghazaryan during the discussion at “Media Center”. When drawing parallels with Georgia, where there is a mixed parliamentary system and the president has more power, Mr. Ghazaryan noted also the negative aspects of a parliamentary system, “Crisis is possible between the NA and the Government, and it is possible that the crucial issues for the nation will not be solved so dynamically and quickly as it could be done in presidential, semi-presidential system.”
