HCAV: 85 cases of human rights violations by police in 3 months
Eighty-five cases of human rights violations by police officers were reported during the media reporting between April and June 2015, which is 29 cases (52 percent) more as compared with the first quarter of the year. Forty-nine of the reported cases occurred during rallies, which is 11 cases (29 percent) more as compared with the previous quarter.
