Galust Sahakyan receivesHead of the CoE Office in Yerevan
On July 21, Speaker of the Armenian National Assembly Galust Sahakyan received Natalia Vutova, Head of the CoE Office in Yerevan. Welcoming the guest in the Armenian parliament, the NA President highly assessed the cooperation between the National Assembly and the Council of Europe (CoE) Office in Yerevan, which had given positive results during the years. Mr Sahakyan said Armenia highlights cooperation with the CoE and its support in the process of democratic reforms. Galust Sahakyan also highly appreciated the work of the PACE Monitoring Committee co-rapporteurs. The speaker of the Armenian parlaiment expressed hope that Ms Vutova will continue the consistent work of the CoE Office in Yerevan aimed at further strengthening of Armenia-CoE ties. Natalia Vutova, in turn, highlighted the cooperation between the Armenian National Assembly and the CoE Office in Yerevan and said that at the moment the main problem of the Office is to support the programmes undertway in Armenia.
