Paruyr Hayrikyan to hold rally at Liberty Square
The Yerevan Municipality has accepted a notification by Armenian citizen Paruyr Hayrikyan to hold a rally at Liberty Square in the Armenian capital from 7pm to 9pm on July 24. Hayrikyan is rallying his supporters to discuss with them the constitutional amendments proposed by Serzh Sargsyan. “The published version of the project has not been presented for public debates. We are going to present our opinion about the draft constitution. Only those who are weak and have no mood to discuss say 'no',” hayrikyan.com reports.
