“We will sit wherever we want”: protesters opened the street (video)
Short time ago Yerevan Deputy Police Chief Valeri Osipyan was talking to the protesters. The latter was convincing the protesters to open the street, otherwise the Police will have to bring disciplinary cars to restore public order. The Deputy Police Chief noted that the protesters are acting like that in order to draw attention and instigate provocations with the Police.
On seeing that one of the protesters is holding his photo, Valeri Osipyan said, “You can hold also my photo, I am not against, if I abused my official position, let them punish also me, I am not against.”
After 25 minutes the protesters opened Mashtots Avenue-Amiryan Street crossroad.
The protesters continue their march by chanting “We will sit wherever we want’, “Join”.
