“Protesters don’t have a right to put forward demands to Serzh Sargsyan” (video)
Police Chief Vladimir Gasparyan was again on Baghramyan Avenue in the morning on June 26. He wanted to speak to the protesters. The protesters didn’t show any sigh of excitement on seeing the Police Chief. A woman was telling him how she had been cheated by the electric network. It wasn’t the business of Vladimir Gasparyan. Vladimir Gasparyan’s smiling reaction to this woman’s problems drives her to one conclusion, “Actually you think I am mad.” While the woman was speaking, the Police Chief was looking for an activist or at least for an organizer. No one approaches. Vaghinak approaches, his voice has become hoarse, it amuses the Police Chief. Police Chief has only one order addressed to Vaghinak- organize so that the garbage truck can carry out waste disposal.
