Tense situation on Baghramyan avenue: Riot police cordoned off the street (video)

Police in Yerevan seem to have decided ‘to clean’ Baghramyan Avenue, disallowing protesters campaigning against the rise in electricity prices to approach the Presidential Palace located at Baghramyan 26. Also, police are asking journalists and cameramen to clear the area so as not to obstruct the police from doing their job. A man in civilian clothes pushed a journalist working with "A1 +" so hard that the latter hardly kept herself from falling onto the ground. When the journalist tried to find out why he elbowed her, the man refused to answer. The activists are now sitting on the ground, chanting, “We shall win!”
