Since 2004 land users of Dalma gardens haven’t been able to get compensation. Today again 12 land owners gathered in front of the Government building and demanded compensation. Relevant departments announced that they must compensate the customers. “The customer says that he has already paid, I am the owner. I don’t have money to give you,” notes Susanna Nersisyan and Hayk Hovhannisyan adds, “How it was sold to individuals, the money entered the state budget, we demand compensation from the state budget and not from the customers.” The residents deceived by “Tonus” company want to know for sure, when the construction of the buildings, for which they paid still in 2006, will start.
