Tense situation on Saryan street (video)
About 100 police officers joined by representatives of the Special Forces have forcibly dragged away young members of the ARF-Dashnaktsutyun who were staging a protest outside the Public Services Regulatory Commission (PSRC) against the expected rise in the current electricity rate. The protesters had given PSRC Chairman Robert Nazaryan 10 minutes to come out and talk to the citziens grouped outside the PSRC building. Seeing that Nazaryan did not want to talk to them, the young men decided to enter the building and thwart the PSRC sitting.
