Gohar Yenokyan acquitted
Today Prosecutor General’s Office terminated the criminal case instituted against famous businesswoman Gohar Yenokyan. As her advocate Gegham Hakobyan told “A1+”, the criminal case was terminated because of absence of corpus delicti. To remind, Gohar Yenokyan remained in prison for three days and was released after giving a written undertaking. 73-year-old Gohar Yenokyan was accused of implementing actions aimed at preparing murder of the NA lawmaker Karo Karapetyan (Yuvetsi Karo), who has recently left BHK. The advocate noted that it isn’t clear whether a complaint for three days spent in prison will be submitted or not.
