Director of the ENA doesn’t have grounds for price increase
Today “ENA” General Director Yevgeni Bibin was at the National Assembly to present clarifications to the Republican faction. HHK faction head Vahram Baghdasaryan said that the faction had asked questions and was waiting for the decision of the commission.
