“Nairit” employees demand written guarantees (video)
Today former “Nairit” plant employees have again gathered in front of the Government building in order to meet Prime Minister and present their demands. With the calls “Paying off the debts”, “Repayment of salaries”, “Meeting”, “Nairit” employees were presenting their demands. Touching upon PM Hovik Abrahamyan’s announcement that until the end of the year “Nairit” plant employees will be paid their salaries, “Nairit” employees told “A1+” that they don’t believe in such announcements, as last year there was such an announcement, but they weren’t paid their salaries. “We are demanding a clear schedule from the government in order to know when we will be paid our salaries. But we are demanding written guarantees in order to know how much we will get each month,” says one of the action participants. During the action “Nairit” plant employees announced that starting from next week they will present an innovation: they will hold their actions in identical T-shirts, on which there will be their demands and calls. During the action no Government representative approached “Nairit” plant employees. Next gathering will be held near the presidential residence on Tuesday at 11:00.
