Shots fired in the direction of Syunik region governor's car
Armenia’s Syunik region governor Surik Khachatryan’s car was fired on Goris-Kapan road, NEWS.am reports saying the information was conformed by Zarzand Nikoghosyan, an advisor to Surik Khachatryan. Nikoghosyan said no one was injured. He possessed no information about the shooters. In reply to A1+'s inquiries about the incident, Armen Malkhasyan, a senior representative of the Public Relations and Press Department of the Armenian Police, said an unknown citizen contacted the Goris Police Department to report that shots were heard in Goris city. “We are trying to verify the circumstances of the incident. There are no casualties,” he said.
