“After Public Services Regulatory Commission had been presented the bid to raise electricity price by 18 drams, it became obvious that the authorities won’t stop and will continue this systematic policy of increasing prices. It is obvious that price increase will affect the whole population of Armenia, which won’t be able to cover its basic needs. Local production will be reduced, social-economic condition will worsen causing a new wave of emigration.”
