Some convicts granted pardon in Artsakh
On May 7 Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on the results of considering pardon applications. According to the decree 5 convicts were granted pardon. Sixteen individuals were granted partial pardon. Pardon applications of 45 convicts were turned down taking into consideration their previous convictions, negative characteristics from places of imprisonment, nature and gravity of the committed crimes.
