Armenian FM does not comment on Obama's decision

Armenia’s Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian today participated in the meeting of Serzh Sargsyan and Thorbjørn Jagland, Secretary General of the Council of Europe. After the meeting, Mr Nalbandian hurried to participate in the international forum Against the Crime of Genocide which is underway at Karen Demirchyan Sports and Concerts Complex in Yerevan. Since he was in a hurry, Edward Nalbandian could not answer journalists’ questions. However, he replied a question referring the composition of a U.S. Presidential delegation that will arrive in Armenia to attend the Centennial Commemoration of the Events of 1915 on April 24, 2015. The minister was first surprised to hear the question, “What do you expect me to say?” he said. Then he added, “The invitation was sent by the President.” Today, President Barack Obama announced the designation of a Presidential Delegation to the Republic of Armenia to attend the Centennial Commemoration of the Events of 1915 on April 24, 2015, the press service of the U.S. Embassy in Armenia reports. The Honorable Jacob J. Lew, Secretary of the Department of Treasury, will lead the delegation. Members of the Presidential Delegation: The Honorable Richard M.
