Judgment to arrest Zhirayr Sefilyan and his friends to be appealed (video)
Judgments to arrest 5 members of “Centennial without the regime” movement Zhirayr Sefilyan, Garegin Chugaszyan, Varuzhan Avetisyan, Gevorg Safaryan and Pavel Manukyan passed by Court of General Jurisdiction of Kentron and Nork-Marash Administrative Districts will be appealed today. Advocate Ara Zakaryan informed “A1+” about it and added that evident political prosecution is being carried out. To remind, on April 11 Court of General Jurisdiction of Kentron and Nork-Marash Administrative Districts passed a judgment to arrest 5 members of “Centennial without the regime” movement Zhirayr Sefilyan, Garegin Chugaszyan, Varuzhan Avetisyan, Gevorg Safaryan and Pavel Manukyan. They are charged with organization of mass disorders on April 24.
