Karabakh citizen admits charges brought against him -say Azerbaijani sources
The trial in the case of Karabakh citizen Arsen Baghdasaryan, who crossed the Contact Line in the direction of Aghdam region in December, 2014, has stated in the Ganja Court on Grave Crimes. The source says Baghdasaryan has been provided with an interpreter and an attorney. During the preliminary hearing, which was held on April 7 behind closed doors, the state prosecutor [Anar Mirkishiev] charged Baghdasaryan under twelve articles of the Azerbaijani Criminal Code. The source says Baghdasaryan admitted the charges against him. The Azerbaijani soldiers, who captured the Karabakh citizen, are also participating in the trial.
