IT center in Artsakh
On April 9 President Bako Sahakyan participated in a solemn event of opening the new building of the "Artsakh Information Technologies Center" fund in Stepanakert. Bako Sahakyan underlined that information technologies were among the most promising and prospective directions of our republic's socioeconomic development expressing hope that the fund would substantially contribute to the sphere's progress establishing practical ties between the local, Armenian and foreign leading organizations. The Head of the State expressed gratitude to philanthropist Constantine Manoukyan for participating in the realization of this program highlighting his continuous patriotic activity in Artsakh. Primate of the Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan, other officials, guests from abroad were present at the event.
